The True North Story
In 2016, True North Incentive Group started with 2 guys (Adam & Graham) who decided they wanted something more.
We left the comfort and security of the corporate world with an idea, a lot of ambition and probably not a full appreciation for what we were getting ourselves into (What is AR?)
We had no big team or perfect business plan. It was just the two of us….taking risks, chasing opportunities, making mistakes, learning on the fly and figuring things out one day at a time.
Some days were exciting. Some were terrifying. Every challenge taught us something and every client who took a chance on us helped build the foundation of what True North would become.
More than 10 years later, a lot has changed. What started with two of us working from a Starbucks has grown into an incredible team, a real operation, and a company we're incredibly proud of.
We still don't have everything figured out…that's part of the fun.
We just keep going, keep learning, and keep building.
And more than 10 years later, we're still excited about what's next.
